At Pet Parents®, your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be a Pet Parents® customer for life. For this reason, we offer Repair and Replace programs in addition to our regular 1 year product warranty.

All products, except Gnawtlers®, are covered regardless of the abuse. Yes, this includes, chewing, tug-a-war, soiling, dropping out of an airplane, normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time, etc.

At Pet Parents® we pride ourselves on making superior quality products. There’s nothing more frustrating than buying a product that breaks. If, during your product’s 1st year, it does not function as it should due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your product free of charge. Hassle and worry free!

What is covered by the Pet Parents® Warranty?
Manufacturer’s defects caused by poor craftsmanship or defective materials when purchased through authorized Pet Parents® partners. We stand behind our products and will replace your product FREE of charge within 1 year of your purchase date.
What is not covered by the Pet Parents® Warranty?
All products, except Gnawtlers®, are warrantied against manufacturing defects when purchased through an authorized partner. If your Pet Parents® product is damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we do offer a complete Repair or Replacement Program for a nominal fee.

We do not warranty or offer the Repair or Replacement Programs for Gnawtlers®, because Gnawtlers®, after all, are made to be chewed. In addition, they’re all natural, made from nature and with that beauty we cannot guarantee the creation & craftsmanship from mother nature.

How does the Pet Parents® Warranty work?
Fill out the Warranty Claim Form which requires pictures showing the defect and we’ll take a look. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. US and Canada only.

 

Repair or Replace Programs
Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time can be repaired or replaced for a nominal fee.
